FOBO uses only "Crown Zone" ostrich skins to cut ostrich skin products from South Africa, the finest leather.

Strictly graded ostrich leather craftsmanship

1. The crown is the area marked with a quill on the skin, excluding the neck area up to the wing crease and the rear side area.

2. For grading purposes, divide the coronal area into four sections as shown on the ostrich skin chart.

3. The line dividing the crown area into four quarters will be 25mm wide. The vertical line "AB" in the picture will run from the bottom of the neck between the wing creases down to the bottom of the crown. The horizontal line "CD" in the figure will extend between the widest major axis marks on either side of the crown area.
