1. Creasing Machine Accessories and Main Unit Selection

    • Features two independent sets of switches and temperature controls, allowing simultaneous use of two handles without interference.
    • Equivalent to two single-head main units, improving work efficiency.

2. Creasing Machine Usage and Maintenance

1. Temperature Adjustment Reference

• Temperature Settings: Total of 10 settings, approx. 40°C per setting.
• Decorative Line Creasing: Generally use settings 2-4 (adjust as needed based on leather type).
• Edge Paint Creasing: Generally use settings 6-8 (light-colored edge paint requires slightly lower temperature).
• Hot Stamping: For brass molds 2cm or less, it is recommended to use setting 3, preheat sufficiently, then press lightly for 2 seconds.

2. Equipment Inspection and Maintenance

• Upon receiving the machine, check the packaging and appearance. If there is damage, please confirm with the courier in person and contact the seller.
• Main Unit Test:
1. Insert the power cord, ensuring the C13 connector is firmly plugged in.
2. Turn on the power switch (down for ON, up for OFF), check if the indicator light is on.
3. Rotate the temperature control knob, confirm that the indicator light displays normally. 
• Creasing Head Maintenance:
1. Regularly clean residues from the surface of the creasing head.
2. Use polishing paste to gently polish, avoiding damage to the heating element and insulation material.
